I want my Paypal donate window to appear when i click the Paypal image button.

  I want my Paypal donate window to appear when i click the the Paypal donate button on my Paypal page tab in my website. I followed the instructions in your support video step by step twice all the way up to when it showed the final steps to use the link button and insert it into the Paypal button image and I even checked the show in new window tab so that the Paypal donate window pops up when I click the Paypal image. However, when i try to click the image of the Paypal button it won’t open a window to my Paypal account rather it idles and goes nowhere. Please help me remediate this situation as soon as possible. It is necessary for the business I am opening through my website using your services.
