I want my refund as fast as you took it out of my account!

    **Last month I removed all of my credit cards from Jetpack services. And yet you managed to find another card on WordPress and charged it. I already had to refund my money last month and now I’ve requested the STOLEN money returned. You took it today but I have to wait 7-10 business days to get my refund?!??!? I will shoot from the rooftops hours dishonest your company is! I want you to reverse the charge today! You had no right to take my money, I card from your services. **

    I reviewed your respond to the above request. This message is to inform you that I will be charging a fee of double the amount owed each day until I receive my refund. That means today you owe me $10. Tomorrow will be $20 and Sunday will be $40. On Monday Jetpack will owe me $80. I have a cancellation email from Jetpack, all Jetpack services were canceled on April 9th.

    You have been put on notice and I expect my refund plus the additional accrued late fees based on the day of refund.

    Hold your horses! A refund usually takes up to 10 business days, however if you are living abroad the USA, it can take up to a month. This all depends on the cycle of your credit card company.

    it’s not about the amount or “normal” refund times. Those I understand. It’s the fact that I took all credit cards off auto pay and deleted them from the Jetpack page. Canceled all services last month and got a refund that took 10 days. I was fine with that. However, they then went through WordPress to find a card I have on there for other plugins I pay for, that they were no longer authorized to use, and charged me.

    if I have canceled your services you no longer get to take my money especially if you’ve already had to refund my money once. $5 or $1000, it doesn’t matter. Simply bad business.

    Your recent auto-renewal of Jetpack Backup Add-on Storage 100GB for http://cannasource2u.com was refunded on May 10th. This subscription was active, auto-renewal turned on and the payment method was available.

    I confirm that at the moment the subscription is canceled and all the payment methods are removed.
