  Dear supporter,

  My blog is in the free plan on wordpress, can I publish it publicly?
  The publishing button is not appear neither in the site editing nor in settings!

  Or wordpress offering one only free blog and others must be paid?

  Are you speaking of https://taqueembadan.wordpress.com/?

  That site is already launched and set to public, so anyone who has the link can see it.

  Can you perhaps explain in a bit more detail what exactly you’re trying to do and what isn’t working?

  In deed the publishing button was not appearing in the wordpress.com but I found it in the mobile application and published my site.
