I want o to change the name of one blog but i dont have the dash board link

  I want to change the blog title to Cornwall business school. When you click in the blog it says this but the title on the dashboard is different how do i change it?

  Settings > General
  or
  http://cornwallmba.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php

  And change the Site Title field then click save.
