I want people to be able to download a pdf

I would like to be able to turn my ‘Artist Hybrid Poster’ into a PDF which people can download if they like it and send to people to advertise my blog or keep as a bit of artwork?Is this possible ?Or will people just click on the image and it and save it anyway if they want it? Please can you go to http://www.joannewebb.wordpress.com and have a look .I would like to have a little freebies pdf download section but I dont know CSS or HTML and anything I have managed to do so far has been a happy accident. Please help with any ideas and tricks?

You should be able to upload it, it’s one of the allowed filetypes: http://support.wordpress.com/accepted-filetypes/
Basically they’d have to rightclick it and select ‘save as’, so maybe mention that when you insert the link into the post.

Thank you carocat I think I get it! Do you know how to stop all the other images I have uploaded being saved on peoples computer? Is there a way to block them from being copied?

Not here on wp.com and generally not on the internet either as people could just take a screenshot and save them themselves.
Rule of thumb is that anything you’ll have on your blog will be possible to be copied by anyone on the net.
