I want refund

I want a refund from WordPress:

My plan is a monthly subscription, and I haven’t used WordPress services since 1/5.(I forgot to cancel my subscription.)

My subscription period is from 1/9 to 2/9, but WordPress only sent me the deduction information today, 1/20. The reason they did this was to evade the refund policy: monthly subscriptions cannot be canceled for more than 7 days.

Moreover, after I cancelled my subscription today, I was still within the subscription period but was unable to contact real customer service, which was very bad.

Please have wordpress customer service contact me immediately and refund the money.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Don’t avoid the facts I said, here is the detailed supplementary explanation of that article
Let a real customer service contact me via email: zh.easeus@gmail

Your behavior of sending subscription information late is very disgusting, like a beggar who will do anything to get money from users

So you are avoiding responsibility now? Are you feeling guilty?

I’m really sorry to hear about the frustration you’ve experienced with WordPress. I completely understand how disappointing this situation can be, especially with the difficulty in reaching customer support. I hope things get sorted out for you soon, and they can offer a resolution. Feel free to let me know if you need further assistance.

    Take care!

Instead of losing time, just initiate a refund yourself as I adviced you to do – https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/i-want-refund-4/

In fact, it is you and wordpress that are wasting my time

Didn’t you know that monthly subscriptions are no longer refundable once the 7-day auto-renewal period has passed?

And I didn’t receive the deduction email until more than 7 days after the automatic renewal. Can you use your brain to understand things correctly?

Don’t just send out some refund procedures and perfunctorily respond to questions and requests raised by users.

I reiterate that I will ask the real customer service of wordpress to contact me for a refund via email: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

If you initiate a refund of a monthly plan now then you won’t be charged next month?
