i want refund to join the business membership

    I signed up for a premium membership today. However, I was dissatisfied with the features of premium membership. So I tried to upgrade to business membership, but I accidentally renewed the premium once more.
    I tried to upgrade to a business after receiving a refund of the two-year premium membership, but I was only able to get a refund for the one-year premium. I want to get an additional year’s refund to join the business. Moreover, I was informed that no payment was possible.
