I want renew my domain but I get error messages

  I would like to renew my domain but I get error messages when I click in renew “oops we cant find your domain” could you help out…pretty urgent

  We attempted to inform you of your domain’s expiration (via email and dashboard notices). It was possible to recover the domain for some weeks after its expiration, but because of the time lapsed, the domain was sent back to the registrar, who then sold it to a new owner.
