I want tag links to link to my blog’s pages, not everyone’s pages
-
When I post an article with a tag, such as “graphite”, the tag appears next to the post. The tag links to every single post on a wordpress blog that uses that tag. This is definitely not what I want. How do I fix it to only link to MY blog’s posts with that tag?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The tags and categories listed within the post area go to the wordpress.COM global tags pages. The tags and categories in the tags and categories widgets go to the posts on your blog. This is how it is designed and the only way around it is to go to settings > privacy and choose one of the latter two selections (block search engines or set the blog to completely private). Being on the tags pages can be the source of an awful lot of visitors for most blogs.
In the new iNove theme, you have the options of turning off the tags and/or the categories display in the posts area, but that is the only theme where that is an option.
In a handful of themes, the tags and categories can be hidden if you have CSS editing experience and the paid CSS upgrade, but in the majority of themes, if you hide the tags and categories the author, date, comments link, and in some cases the post title as well will disappear since they are all controlled under the same section of the CSS.
Don’t buy the CSS upgrade unless you have at least some experience with it, and do not buy it until after you have used the free CSS edit preview function to make sure it can be done with the theme you are using.

My blog is unusual in that when it comes to traffic, I want quality over quantity. I disabled global searches and now the tags do what I want. Thank you; consider this case resolved.
