3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?

Hey there, do you perhaps need to be logged in with a different username account? That custom domain is already in use on a different WordPressdotcom site to the one you listed in your first post.
If that is your site, you may with to review the WordPressdotcom guidelines on Mature content https://en.support.wordpress.com/mature-content/

Your WordPress.com Business Plan was purchased by a different user account than the one you are contacting us from now. You will need to login to that account to view the upgrade.
As mentioned, wickedobsession.net, is considered mature content.
