  We offer a free domain (for the first year) with any plan here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  however, please note that you must purchase the yearly version of the plan first (the free domain can be added after you purchase the plan) and you must pick the yearly option. If you add a plan to your account as a monthly charge a free domain is not included but instead is billed separately.
