I want thumbnail but no featured image on blog post

hello, I’ve started designing a blog but I’m having issues with the thumbnail and featured images after I couldn’t figure out how to resize featured image on my blog post I decided that I only want a thumbnail but I don’t want the featured image to show on my main blog post, any help?

If so, it looks like you’ve found a way to accomplish your goal.
You have successfully added a featured image, but used the Customize Tool setting here to tell your theme not to display the featured image when you view the post: https://d.pr/i/qOIcgN
