I don´t recieve any confirmation email either and because of that I can not post anything or even enter on the blog, can anyone please help me?

Yes: check your email spam folder. And give WP.com at least half an hour to send the email. Sometimes it takes an hour.

Another question:- how do my friends access my blog?
No-one can find it. -
I’m having the same problem and then some…font in my header won’t change, can’t get to the profile page or get by Gravatar image mutilation, and can’t get to the blog. Is there an actual source for help somewhere?

If you would like a follow button to appear on the bottom right hand corner of your site for those who do not have WordPress.com accounts go to > Settings > Reading and scroll down to Follower Settings:
These settings change emails sent from your blog to followers.
Logged out users __ Show follow button to logged out users.Checking this will present a follow button to logged out users in the bottom corner of their screen.

It seems you have several issues.I’m having the same problem
If you have not received the confirmation email then you cannot possibly be reporting theses other issues because can’t access the blog so assume you have received it
font in my header won’t change,
You cannot change any header fonts on any theme without purchasing an annually renewable custom design upgrade and doing the required CSS editing.
If you have not purchased the custom design upgrade note that no changes you try out aside from those such as Custom Background, Custom Header, etc. which are stated on the theme description pages in the features column (right hand side) will be visible to visitors.
