How can I add a search bar to my blog?

  for both of my sites:
  dingusonmusic.com
  fargusonart.com
  i would like to add a search bar at the top of the right column (black bar with white text) that searches through all the TAGS i’ve put for each post and displays them.
  can this be done without downloading wordpress.ORG
  for some reason i cant make the wordpress org software work on my mac…

  You can do this, but you will will need to choose a theme that has a built-in search bar. You can browse through all the themes either on our theme showcase or through the Appearance > Themes section in your blog’s Dashboard.
