  i need a widget add contact form and user can contact me using this form with subject

  You can’t put one in a widget, but you can create a contact page using this procedure: http://support.wordpress.com/contact-form/ .

  Make sure and disable comments for your contact page or it will confuse your visitors.

  @bestwebforms – Forms cannot be used on wordpress.com. I think it’s interesting your site says “Spam Free” yet you joined here only 36 minutes ago just to spam the forum and pimp your site.
