I want to add my picture and delete WordPress "W" Logo on posts

  I want to replace the generic WordPress “W” logo that shows up on all my posts, and replace it with my picture. I have tried everything, and cannot figure it out. Could somebody shoot me the steps I need to do to change this. Thanks! Tim Mushey

  That’s called a blavatar (aka favicon) and be forewarned that the new one you upload will not appear instantly. It will take days to appear > http://en.support.wordpress.com/avatars/blavatars/
