  i want to add woocommerce theme plugin but i cant see add new plugin button please help

  a) Ecommerce is no longer available on WordPress.com:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/shopify/
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/ecwid/

  although it’s possible to embed a PayPal button.

  b) You can’t use/add/install plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons:

  Plugins can’t be uploaded to sites hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
