I want to add WP Symposium or the equivalent to my site

  I quite regret going with .com rather .org as it doesn’t seem I’m able to do anything with this software. I want to add the plug-in WP Symposium or the equivalent to my site. After that, my site would be pretty much finished.

  If I cannot add forums (which I need), I’d like to migrate to .org. How can I do that? If I can add forums, I’m good.

  Hi philipharding2014,

  Lots of plugin functionality is built into WordPress.com.

  Here is a link that explains plugin options on WordPress.com.

  You are correct that if you want to use specific plugins then you would need to move your WordPress.com site to WordPress.org.

  You can export your site and setup hosting with the host of your choice and then import your data into your new wordpress.org site.
