I Want to be Educated Please

  I am just starting to consider things here but, I want to be educated about how WordPress works before I make any final decision. I can see that there are different options to choose from about which kind of wordpress accounts to have besides the Free account. So, my big question is this: If I were to upgrade my account to one where I pay for wordpress, which one would give me SEO where I can have a PROFESSIONAL to do the SEO for me? Is there anything like that with WordPress? If so, which one is it? The business account? If so, is that the only paid account where I can get someone else….a professional….to help me with SEO?

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
