I want to be removed as an administrator from a website
-
Hi! I have been listed as an administrator for a webpage where I am not active for years. Posts have been published under my name and I keep on receiving emails constantly. I would like to be removed from the website. I have tried to manage my role, but I can’t delete myself. Help?
I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

Hi there, let me just add that unless you are the person who registered the site on WordPress.com, you can remove yourself from the site by going to your Global dashboard https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs and hover your mouse over the site address. If you are able to remove yourself, the words “Leave Blog” should appear. If that doesn’t appear, or if the site is not hosted here on WordPress.com, then follow up with the site owner, as @staartmees said. Hope that helps, too.

Hi @justjennifer,
Thank you for your reply! I have tried that but indeed, I am not the site owner.
I will contact them, thanks all!
