I want to book .game.blog but its no longer available on wordpress

I want to book the free subdomain .blog like home.blog, business.blog, game.blog but they are not available when creating a wordpress site to book. Only im getting the wordpress.com subdomains. How to book them please help me or how i get these subdomains.
While making the new account, even im not getting the options to choose what are my goals. -
I don’t see that option any more either yet this link below advertising them is still online. And it was updated as recently as October 2024. However the “flow” for creating a new site has changed since then. Lets ask a member of staff to comment. I’ve added a modlook tag.

That doesn’t work for me alas. Although no doubt some people will be tricked into getting a straightforward .blog domain (which will cost them £18 the following year).

We checked this further and this is actually a known issue that’s affecting free
.blogsubdomains at the moment. Our developers are already aware and actively working on a fix, though we don’t have a specific timeline for when it’ll be resolved.In the meantime, we recommend choosing a free
.wordpress.comsubdomain instead to get started. I know that’s not ideal if you were hoping to use a.blogaddress, and we really appreciate your patience as we work on resolving this issue.Please let us know if you need help with anything else.

At the moment, there isn’t an update on how to get free .blog subdomains. Our developers are actively working on a fix, but we don’t have a specific timeline for when it will be resolved.
In the meantime, we recommend using a free .wordpress.com subdomain to get started.
