I want to build a second blog. Do I need a new account to access your tools?

    I just succeeded in getting my domain, http://www.rubydooh.com, back from ispeedway.com and the theft that happened back in May 2011. I want to make it a blog for my personal writing and the offerings of other bloggers, etc.and it should be able to grow pages for other pursuits. It will not connect to moonbabys.com. It links to rubydooh.blogspot for now but I wonder if it should stand alone and only link to my other work. Either way I am hoping to get the picture up and am not sure if a new account is the answer. It is hosted by enomcentral till July 2012. Thank you for you time.
