I want to buy a guided transfer but the website says "upgrade unavailable"?

  I would like to transfer my blog ‘ vanrosen-theblog.com” to wordpress.org. We I try to buy the guided transfer the website says ” unavailable upgrade”. Can you help me?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello there! The Guided Transfer product is not currently available for blogs that use custom fonts. Please switch your custom fonts back to your theme’s default fonts if you would like to proceed.

  To do so, click here and click the “X” next to each custom font. Be sure to click “Save” and then return here.

  Once that is complete, you can go back to your Store and add the Guided Transfer upgrade. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks much!
