  hi
  I won’t to upgrade my wordpress by buying from the store an offer but when I try to pay using credit card I couldn’t found my country “lebanon”, so what I should do ?

  You will have to buy a prepaid credit card from an approved country. You can buy them on the internet.

  you mean that lebanon is not approved and my master card will not work in wordpress ?

  To map / link a domain name to your blog here you would still need to buy the domain mapping from the store

  PayPal handles the transactions here and they have some countries on a fraud watch / exclusion based on a lot of fraud origination in your country – yes to you it is unfair – but those are the rules here
