I want to cancal an App charge

    Good Afternoon

    We have been charged for an app we will never use or have ever used. Please can you let me know how to cancel this app? We have not site plan or website on word press full stop. I would like to cancel and get a refund of $94.80 asap. Please can someone advise? I have have had a look at the help info already, however you seem to have to sign on to your word press site. As mentioned about we have not got one.
