I want to Cancel

  I would like to cancel this service. Please let me know how I will be able to do this. I have tried multiple times via the site and all the links take me to the ‘Upgrade’ sections. Thank you for your help!

  Please read the below support document for information regarding the same.

  Note: If you have a premium theme, only staff will able to remove or transfer the same.

  If that is the case, please add modlook tag on the Tags section of the sidebar. So this thread gets the staffs attention.

  When I follow all the directions, they direct me to go to the “Purchases” tab to select the domain to cancel, but I do not have that option.

  I would be happy to assist you in cancelling your purchase. However, whatever upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into canceling the subscription purchase.
