i want to cancel!!!!!

    I cancelled my domain a while ago (or thought I had.) I have not blogged in a year or so. On Aug. 31 you automatically charged my credit card $26. I have cancelled my card and disputed the charge. How do I go about getting a refund and cancelling this service once and for all?

    You should have turned off the Auto Renew

    What is the WordPress.COM blog and the custom domain name the charges were for?

    I have flagged this for the staff to help – normally they refund to the card that was charged – not sure what they will do with a canceled card.

    Thank you!!! I tried to contact staff directly, but not finding the site very easy to navigate. I just changed the card number, not cancelled. I am so frustrated.

    The staff are a bit backed up with requests now, so please be patient – they work these generally from oldest to newest
