    This is a peer support forum where Volunteers and Staff work cooperatively to deliver WordPress.com support. There is no phone support here and we Volunteers do not provide support by email. Volunteers answer the majority of questions posted into forum threads and Staff monitor. When Volunteers cannot provide the required support we flag threads for Staff attention.

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund from your dashboard and then purchase another premium theme.

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up as you may wish to retain your domain and get a refund for any other upgrades purchased.

    What upgrades would you like to cancel? I see your domain name that is due to expire in February. I can cancel that for you, though once cancelled it cannot be undone and can take a long amount of time before the domain is able to be purchased again. In other words, only cancel it if you have zero intention of using it now or in the future.

    If you’d like to use the domain elsewhere, I’d suggest we look at transferring it to a different registrar so you don’t lose access.

    I purchased a Guided Transfer and would like to cancel it but am unable to do so.

    The “cancel” button in my Store section cannot be found. Please advise.
