I want to cancel

    My domain registration has just been auto renewed for another year. This happened on August 25, 2015 and today is August 26, 2015 and I would like to cancel this and get a refund as I will not longer be needing to use wordpress. I follow all instructions in the “My Upgrades” section but there is no option to cancel. It says my doman is currently set to expire in 2016 and all I can click on is “Cancellation Info” which does not allow me to cancel. I would greatly appreciate if someone from WordPress could help me cancel my domain and get my refund (as I have done it within 48hrs of the renewal). Thank you!

    For anyone wondering, when someone cancels a domain that is older than 48 hours, it does not become available again immediately. It can sometimes be permanently lost. So we need to confirm cancellations by email.

    The easiest way to do this is to reply to one of the emails we send before auto-renewing, and we’ll confirm from there.
