I want to cancel a website but have been unable to access it to cancel

    Wordpress [redacted] Dublin took $120 from my visa account on 12 March fir a website i have not been able to access since initial set up so i have not been able to cancel it for the promised refund. I do not want a site with no tweet / facebook buttons and my personal information displayed (email and my name). Thank you lyall

    Hi @lyallmoore,

    Log in to your WordPress.com account and go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases to cancel what you no longer want.

    We can cancel your Premium plan purchase and issue you a full refund.
    I would also like to know if you’re planning on keeping the domain childrightsequalityworkers.org you registered here and use it elsewhere. If we cancel the domain, there is no guarantee it will become available to register somewhere else, and you may not be able to get it back.
