    The site you mentioned is not hosted by us at WordPress.com. You purchased the site/hosting with a different hosting provider called Bluehost. If you want to cancel the site, please contact Bluehost support.

    Sites hosted by us are called WordPress.com sites. WordPress sites hosted by other companies like Bluehost are called self-hosted WordPress.org sites.
