  I want to cancel my domain mapping upgrade. There is no “cancel” button or “gear” button on the my upgrades page. now what?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  if you are asking about http://ismwest.org/ – since it is not hosted on WordPress.COM there will not be a cancel button

  is there another site you need help with or what is the base blog (site.wordpress.com) you need help with

  i have switched to another host for this site yet i am still being charged for the domain mapping upgrade. i am not using that service anymore. so how to stop the charges?

  You log in here using your old WP.com login, you go to the dashboard you bought that domain from, and you click Refund on the upgrades page.

  Also, disable AutoRenew.

  Glad to hear you got it sorted so fast. If your domain is still registered through WP.com you may want to allow autorenew on that, but disable it on Mapping.
