I want to cancel everything with WordPress.com; how do I do it?

    WordPress.com has confused two or more of my accounts, credited a payment to the wrong account, mixed up things between accounts, and I want to cancel everything. I am not using anything WordPress.com yet and do not plan to since I don’t like the constraints and limitations imposed. How do I go about this?

    The account you are logged in as here does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com and there are no payments in your billing history:

    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

    Any upgrade except domain registrations can be cancelled within 30 days for a full refund from the Purchases page, but you must be logged in as the username who made the purchase to cancel an upgrade or to request staff help with doing that.

    If you bought the upgrades using a different account, please log into that account and reply here and I can help you. If you’re unsure what account/username you used, please provide the URL of the site for which you bought an upgrade and I can take a look.
