I want to cancel JP Premium but no bills are showing up in Manage Purchases.

    Hi! There seems to be a glitch. My WordPress website has JetPack premium for $36 a year. BUT, I cannot find it under my Manage Purchases. That is blank. My Profile is there but it says I have no websites. I would like to get to the page where I can cancel JP Premium so that it does not renew. Again, JT acts like I do not have an account with them. Help! Thank you! Kathie

    What’s the address of your site?
