I want to cancel my account.

I have been charged by WordPress for $26.00 that I have not approved. Yet when I go into my WordPress site, it states that there are no receipts in the billing history. In addition, it appears to be impossible to actually speak with a live support person. Since this is the case and WordPress appears to be untrustworthy, I would like to cancel my account, receive a refund and never be charged by this site again. Please give me contact info!!!!!!

Are you logged in as Admin under the exact username account that purchased any upgrades for the blog in question? If you aren’t then you will not be able to access:
Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
Dashboard > Store Billing History -
You must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username the registered the blog and purchased upgrades for it. Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden

It sounds to me like that would be the purchase or renewal of a privately registered domain via a domain mapping upgrade presumably for http://myorganizednest.com/

Yes, I have done these things. However, when I look at my domains and manage my upgrades, it says that my renewal is in process, thereby not giving me the option of canceling future payments. It also does not show anything in my billing history since 2009 which is certainly not the case as I have made several purchases since then.

I don’t really see the point in going into specifics on the forum. All I want is for WordPress to give me the option to cancel future payments. As WordPress did not give that option nor give me an easy way to contact them, I have gone through Paypal to cancel future charges and will not be using the misleading accounts here which are difficult to work with. Thank you for your time.

It looks like someone cancelled the upgrade in question. Were you able to log into your account using the information provided by timethief?
