I want to cancel my account completly for a full refund before the two days are

As stated here (http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/cancel-domain/), it says If you notify us within two days of purchase you may cancel a domain name purchased through WordPress.com and receive a full refund.
I need to do this and your support page makes it impossible to contact anyone to make this happen. I need a response ASAP.

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard
http://en.support.wordpress.com/upgrades/#refundsYou must be logged in under the exact same username account that purchased the upgrade(s) to cancel.
To cancel a domain you registered with WordPress.com, please log into your account, then go to Store → My Upgrades and use the “Cancel” link in the Subscription Status column.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

How do I cancel my account for Domain Registrations? I now have a message saying it is past two days and it only refunded me the privacy portion.
I will not be using wordpress any longer. It didn’t have the capabilities of what I wanted to do.
