    I was charged $60 for no reason and would like to cancel my account.

    The account you used to post here has never bought any upgrades from us, and has never been charged.

    I see you have since deleted the account.

    If you have questions about an unknown charge you received from us, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

    You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
