I want to cancel my domain. Why is it so hard to do?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

asking the same question three times will not change the answer –
did you follow the instructions you were given three months ago??

Yes, and I still am unable to cancel because for some reason I do not have a cancel button under:
Store -> My Upgrades -> Subscription Status.I do not think canceling should be this difficult so forgive me for asking multiple times.

Hey,
I appreciate the attempt to help, but I’ve logged into that account and I simply do not have the ability to Cancel the subscription. If you have an email address, I can share with you a screenshot of what I mean. I DO NOT have the option to Cancel or Disable Auto-renewal. There is no button.

Hi there,
I can help you cancel that domain. First, you’ll need to log in to the account that purchased the domain name. (That’s the account listed next to “Purchased by” under the domain name on the Store > My Upgrades page.)
Then, you can reply to this thread or contact us directly from that account to confirm that request. We can then cancel the domain for you.
Please keep in mind that canceling a domain means you give up ownership of that domain name. The domain name may not be released immediately, and there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to register it again in the future.
If you’d like to keep the domain and use it somewhere else, you can transfer it instead: Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar
Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)

Hi Rachel,
Thanks for: responding to the post, pointing out I need to be under that username, and for being really helpful. I’ve just disabled the auto-renewal so that should be sufficient for now!
Thanks once again!
