Hi there,
You can confirm your billing history at > Dashboard > Store > Billing History and that’s where the transaction numbers are found.You can cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time.
You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard to access Store → My Upgrades and Store → Billing History.

You’re welcome. Just to let you know how this works Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in order of datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.
Don’t bump your thread again by posting into it because it’s not in your best interest to do that after it has been tagged for Staff help. When bloggers keep bumping any thread thinking they are going to get service from Staff more quickly they aren’t thinking straight because that moves the timestamps forward and it takes longer to get a response. The same is true if you email more than once the date moves forward and it takes longer to get help.
