I want to cancel my membership and get a refund… but how?

I didn’t find any email address where I can cancel my subscription and membership so I can start with a free account first until I learned how to navigate through the website and create more reliable content.
Can anyone help me with this? I’d really appreciate that.

Refunds are available for 30 days from date of purchase on everything but custom domain registrations, which need to be cancelled within 48-hours of purchase. Here’s more on refunds: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/
As long as you are logged in with the username account that purchased the upgrade, you can initiate the refund from your Manage Purchases dashboard https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
Once you have canceled the upgrade, you can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
Refunds usually take 7-14 days to process and show up on your statement. International refunds may take longer.

To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
