  I want to cancel the themes/upgrades that I bought and can’t because they never expire.

  Hello!

  If I understand correctly, you want to cancel the themes and updates you’ve already purchased, and I assume you would like them refunded?

  This support document details how to cancel a purchase and seek a refund.

  Please note though,

  For plans and all other purchases, you must cancel within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund.

  If you are within the refund period, head to your Manage Purchases page. This page can be accessed through your Me page in the “Manage Purchases” section of the left sidebar.

  Find the upgrade you’d like to refund in the list and select Cancel and Refund.

  Otherwise, if you are beyond the 30 day mark, I’m afraid there is no option to cancel purchases.

  Hi jefferylc,

  I want to cancel the themes/upgrades that I bought and can’t because they never expire.

  I’ve removed the premium theme from your site — you should be able to delete it now.

  The theme was purchased several years ago so I’m no longer able to issue a refund.

  Please let me know if you need any further help.
