I want to cancel my order, not just an upgrade

  I want to cancel my order and the upcoming debit for £210 on 10th Jan. Apparently all I am able to do here is cancel an upgrade, of which I have none. Please take notice that I DO NOT WANT THIS PRODUCT. I have not used it or trialled it. YOU MUST NOT DEBIT MY ACCOUNT FOR ANY AMOUNT FOR ANY REASON. I WANT MY ACCOUNT CANCELLED.
  Incidentally, I detest your tricks whereby you make it extremely difficult and confusing to cancel an order. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
