I want to cancel my plan

    I am under the 2 week trial period, and was planning on the $99/year plan. I have reconsidered and would like to cancel this plan. It’s unclear to me what this service provides and I would like to cancel this plan and delete the website that was created during this trial period.

    The help and assistance given is not very good and it takes way to long to get referred to an outdated help section.

    Hey there,

    I’m happy to cancel the 2-week Premium trial for you, so you are not charged for the upgrade.

    I noticed that you do have a domain mapped to your site. I am assuming, as you want to delete the site, that you don’t mind if that’s detached? The mapping is part of the Premium upgrade, and you haven’t been charged for it. If you want to keep it, I can send you a manual billing link for $13. I am guessing this isn’t the case, but I don’t want to detach anything that would disrupt the viewing of your site.

    Please let me know and I’ll get going on this right away.

    Once your Premium upgrade is canceled, I will send you the instructions on how to permanently delete your site.

    I thought that I deleted the website – I am going back to my hosting service with Yahoo so I won’t need the premium services anymore.

    Please cancel everything.

    Thanks so much for the reply. I took care of this all for you. Domain mapping is removed, and the Premium upgrade trial is unsubscribed. I am also confirming the site is deleted.
