I want to cancel my plan

    I want to cancel my plan/domain but I’ve tried calling the international number – just a message – and to do it online but there appears to be no chat but it says contact support – how can I get support to help me and cancel and sort refund etc.?

    What is your domain URL and the plan? I would be happy to assist you in canceling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
