    Hey there! It looks like you’ve canceled the upgrade already. We canceled the charge before it was completed, so you won’t see a refund, but the charge should disappear from your statement.

    I noticed you did not disconnect the domain connection. Were you trying to set that up through another account here? Let us know what you have in mind and we can advise.
