I want to cancel my premium account which I paid for less than 24 hours ago

Hello,
I would like to cancel my premium account for WordPress. I think it is ridiculous that I can’t e-mail support at WordPress directly, or call them… but I am BEGGING someone at WordPress to see this. I purchased the Luxury package less than 24 hours ago and I am unbelievably frustrated trying to figure out how I can actually customize my theme. I have used WordPress in the past, and I can’t seem to do anything BEYOND what I did for an unpaid theme, before. In addition, I have followed the directions to customize the luxury package and literally nothing is working. I am very frustrated and unimpressed and I ask that you please reimburse me my $93 and bring me back to the Sela plan.
Please respond as soon as you possibly can. Sincerley, and unbelievably frustrated human-being!

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. I ask that you please reimburse me my $93 and bring me back to the Sela plan.
From looking at your account I see you purchased a Premium theme, which was then cancelled and refunded on 01-Feb-2017. Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement.
You are now using the Sela theme on a free — for which there is no cost.
