  Hi i lost my account and i would like to cancel my standing order transaction but am unable to as i cant find the account/email and i have changed my phone number.

  How can i cancel it

  It sounds like you would need to recover an account via a transaction ID.

  A transaction ID can be found next to a charge on the statement of a card used with WordPress.com.

  The transaction ID can be used with the account recovery form here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
