  Hi there! I would like to cancel my monthly subscription for Professional email for dezeilcoach.com. When I go to my purchases, I cannot find anything, however, I am being charged on a monthly base. Can you please help me out?

  That upgrade is owned by a different account than the one you’re currently logged in to. To be able to cancel it, you need to log in to that other account of yours.
