I want to cancel my subscription and be refunded

    I need to cancel this WordPress subscription and get a refund for the payment i was just charged. I no longer want this or need it and I don’t want to be charged for a year when I haven’t been using it in a long time.

    I took a look, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited to what we can help with and advise here.

    Did you perhaps purchase this under a different WordPress.com user account? If so, that might be why we don’t see any charges under this account.

    If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

    The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

    If the charge on your bank statement does not follow that format, the charge was not made here at WordPress.com.
