I want to cancel my trial and account how do i make sure i am not charged $99

  I signed up for the premium trial with the assurance that i could cancel and not pay the $99 dollars for a yearly fee. I do not want wordpress premium and do not want to be charged for it. How do i cancel my credit card from my account and make sure that i am not charged?
